Where is District 8 in PA?
You already know where to vote or how to vote as that is well-known information but let me help you with some of it as a refresher. I will also explain how to use Write-in ballots.
Pennsylvania's 8th congressional district was recast and now since 2019 it includes some of the former District 17, and the old District 11 which Dan Flood "ruled" for years. It is located in the northeastern region of the state. It encompasses all of Wayne, Pike, and Lackawanna counties, along with almost all of Luzerne and Monroe counties.

Please print the name on the ballot exactly as it appears here BRIAN KELLY. Yes, the name, BRIAN KELLY. is all you need. Stickers are prohibited by Act 77 of 2019. Self-inking stamps are not recommended. Please plan to write in BRIAN KELLY as candidate name. Thank you
After the election, the Board of Elections must certify the results. For write-in candidates, the board must compute and certify votes exactly as the names were written on the ballot. The results of the certification process will appear on the Luzerne Country website and be posted in the Registration Office. Election results are required to be certified three weeks later--after the election on May 17, 2022. That would be in June 2022.

Candidates choose the write-in method because it is much less expensive and much less work. Candidates can then spend time informing the public rather than ferociously gathering signatures. Brian Kelly's objective and hopefully your objective is to remove Matt Cartwright from office so a huge platform is not required. All regular Democrats just like Brian Kelly are against the socialist, Marxist, anti-American Democrat Party that is fouling up our great country. Just write-in BRIAN KELLY. Brian will abide by the Campaign Finance Reporting Law. That is good news. It means that you can choose to send a check made out to Brian Kelly for Congress to PO Box 621, Wilkes-Barre PA 18701 to help defray the candidate's costs. It means we will be able to cash it.
